Workshop booking guidelines
These guidelines help us prepare fresh materials and provide a comfortable session for everyone.
Booking & confirmation
Places are reserved only after full payment. Please check the workshop date, time, location and number of participants before checkout.
Arrival & late attendance
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Workshops begin promptly and late arrival might result in a shortened session so the following bookings are not delayed.
Rescheduling
One date change may be requested at least 72 hours before the session, subject to availability. Late changes and no-shows are normally non-refundable because materials are prepared in advance.
Studio changes
If minimum attendance is not reached or unforeseen circumstances affect a class, we may offer a new date, workshop credit or a full refund for a cancelled session.
Natural materials
Flowers and foliage are seasonal. Equivalent substitutions may be made while preserving the intended style, colour direction and value of the class.
Safety & photography
Participants must follow instructor guidance when using sharp tools and materials. Age suitability is stated per class. Please tell our team if you prefer not to appear in workshop photographs.
